Terms & Conditions – Rankisity SEO Services

1. Scope of Services

Rankisity ("Provider") offers local search engine optimization ("SEO") services in the Plano and greater DFW Metroplex area. Services may include, but are not limited to: website optimization, Google Business Profile optimization, local citation management, content adjustments, and link-building efforts. The exact scope of work will be outlined in the proposal or agreement signed by the client ("Client").

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Search rankings are influenced by many factors outside Provider's control, including search engine algorithm updates, competitor activity, and Client cooperation. While Rankisity applies proven strategies to maximize visibility, no specific ranking, lead volume, or revenue outcome is guaranteed.

3. Performance Consideration (Optional Remedy)

  • Rankisity may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies if Client's primary target keyword does not achieve a ranking in the top 10 results on Google within 90 consecutive days of active services:
    1. An additional 30 days of services at no charge; OR
    2. A 50% refund of service fees paid for the 90-day period, less any non-recoverable third-party costs (e.g., content writing, software subscriptions).
  • These remedies are not automatic. They may be offered by Provider after reviewing results and overall progress.
  • Eligibility requires Client to complete the full 90-day term of services. Early termination by Client voids consideration under this section.
  • Only one remedy may be offered. Client may not claim both.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable Provider to deliver services, Client must:

  • Provide timely access to website, hosting, Google accounts, analytics, and other required platforms.
  • Supply accurate and updated business information.
  • Implement recommended changes within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Avoid actions that may negatively affect SEO performance, including but not limited to purchasing backlinks, altering optimized content, or creating duplicate websites.

Failure to comply voids eligibility for consideration under Section 3.

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Ownership of Work

  • Content, listings, and optimizations created become the property of Client once fully paid.
  • Proprietary processes, tools, and methods remain the property of Rankisity.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days' written notice.
  • If Client terminates before the 90-day term is completed, Client forfeits any eligibility under Section 3.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable, except as expressly provided under Section 3.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rankisity's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client for the 90-day period in question. Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue.

9. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between Rankisity and Client and supersedes all prior representations, promises, or discussions, whether written or oral.
